Exceptional Minnesota Lake Lots
3.44 Acres and 4.38 Acres
These two lake lots are a rare find in Minnesota Lake's Country. Located on Lake 10, both lots feature extremely private lake access, as there is no public boat launch. So your privacy is a guarantee on a lake that has excellent walleye, northern pike, crappie, sunfish and bass fishing. The lake has few homes occupying its wooded shoreline and is surrounded by rolling hills. These lots face the south to southwest and have great views of the sunsets.
Another highlight of the lots is the perfect elevation that would allow for a walk-out basement. Views from the upper part of each lot are amazing as you look out across the lake to the heavily wooded hills. Loons, bald eagles, ducks and geese frequent these waters. On my trip to photograph the lots I walked up to the shoreline just after an eagle dropped down to catch a fish. Next time I visit, I will be sure to have a rod!
Lot 8 features a unique point that has 500 ft of shoreline and a hard-sand bottom. The lot is about 244 ft wide and about 680 ft long, with a total of 3.44 acres. The point has open water on one edge and a secluded bay on the other.
Lot 9 features a corner lot that has 4.58 acres. The top of this lot has a nice stand of trees and then opens up to a great building site before the water. At the water's edge trees provide some great shade for those hot summer days on the water. The lot sits on a bay and ensures your peace and quiet!
$ 134,900 each Lot
Wooded Minnesota Lot
3.86 Acres
This 3.86 acre lot is heavily wooded and overlooks Lake 10. The lot has a perfect elevation that would allow for a walk-out basement. Loons, bald eagles, ducks and geese frequent the waters of Lake 10, and much more wildlife is frequently spotted on this unique piece of land.
The lake has few homes occupying its wooded shoreline and is surrounded by rolling hills. The lake is home to good numbers of walleye, northern pike, bass, crappie and sunfish. In recent years, the crappie bite has been the talk of anglers. Crappies were reported as being 12-13 inches long! These are monster fish and great trophies. Unfortunately I missed out on the bite, but next year I'll be ready!
Come check out this rare back lot and don't forget to bring your rod! No matter how old you are, there is nothing like watching a bobber go under!
