Lake Parcels

Big Toad Lake is a large Minnesota lake set in the beautiful rolling hills of Becker County. The area is heavily wooded and as one looks across the lake this is evident. The lake is over 1,660 acres of wide open water. The structure in the lake presents many diverse avenues to help you target the specific type of fish you want. The lake is renowned for its Walleye, Northern Pike, Crappie and Bass. This is a truly secluded and peaceful body of water.

Parcel A consists of 2.17 acres with mature trees, 240' of shoreline and about half an acre of buildable land. The shoreline is hard bottom sand and small rocks. During the summer pencil weeds come to the water's surface, but the Department of Natural Resources allows you to remove a 15' wide path around your dock. The quiet Becker County Highway 117 runs between the lot and the lake. There are about 10 feet of land from the lakeshore to the right of way, which can be used to set a picnic table and lawn chairs.
